The United States Department of Defense (DoD) has completed all elements of the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) 32 CFR and 48 CFR Rulemaking process. The DoD is now an active program and the phased implementation has begun.  This program impacts nearly 80,000 defence contractors across globe, including those in Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
